"We recently had Mike Stasiowski do a complete kitchen upgrade. After doing a lengthy search for a contractor, we made the decision to go with Mike, based on a few key factors.
First of all, we had him review the project site, where he spent at least an hour and a half or more, going over all the details we had in mind.
Secondly, he prepared an estimate in a timely manner, and gave us references for jobs in process. We did go to visit the project which he was just finishing up on, and were very impressed with the quality of the finished work. The price quoted was very competitive, and ended up not really being a key factor in our decision to accept his bid.
Third, his estimate for completion was nearly spot on, with the exception of an unexpected snowfall, which caused one of the subcontractors to have a one week delay. Other than that, he did complete the job in the time he had allotted.
We would highly recommend his services for any future projects, and have already asked him to consider an additional project in the near future.
